To receive a refund you must contact Street Smarts Interactive, LLC within thirty (30) of completing your courses to request a refund. More Than a Permit Course

Crash Reduction 101 is not a permit course, it is designed to be a supplement to basic drivers education and to help parents meet their states Graduated Drivers License requirements. To fully benefit from our program your teen needs to have their driving permit first. If you are looking for an online permit course we recommend I DRIVE SAFELY to help your teen get their permit.

Course Time Requirements

Each of Crash Reduction101 five course modules is designed to be completed in twenty minutes. Its highly graphical, interactive format enhances student subject comprehension and invites the student to set a pace that matches their subject matter comfort.

We require a score of 80% or higher to successfully pass each course module before the student is allowed to move on to the next module. Users not familiar with student-paced web learning techniques may take longer to complete each course. 

Therefore we recommend that you consider allowing thirty to forty minutes to successfully compete and pass each course module.

Insurance Discounts

We are confident that if you or your teen complete our courses you will befit from improved driving habits.  That being said, every state and every insurance provider is different. So we cannot guarantee you will receive an insurance discount for completing Street Smarts 101® courses. You will need to contact you provider to see if Street Smarts 101® qualifies.

Street Smarts 101® courses are highly interactive and contain rich media, so you will need a Broadband Internet connection capable of a download speed of 800 Kilobits Per Second (kbps) or greater.

A refund of the registration fees for the courses will be made to you if you cancels your enrollment contract within thirty (30) days of purchase and prior to you or your teen starting the course.
