The Company offers a variety of e-learning courses that are collectively referred to as the “Courseware”. The Company collects information from individuals who visit the Company’s Website hereafter referred to as “Visitors” and individuals who register to use the Courseware hereafter referred to as “Customers”.
When expressing an interest in obtaining additional information about the Courseware or registering to use the Courseware, the Company requires you to provide the Company with contact information, such as name, address, phone number, and email address hereafter referred to as “Required Contact Information”. When purchasing the Courseware, the Company requires you to provide the Company with financial qualification and billing information, such as billing name and address, credit and card number hereafter referred to as “Billing Information”. The Company may also ask you to provide optional information not required to purchase the Courseware hereafter referred to as “Optional Information”. Required Contact Information, Billing Information, and Optional Information are referred to collectively as “Data About The Company’s Customers”.
If you wish to sign up as an affiliate on our Website we will collect your name, address, company/organization address, email address and sensitive information such as your social security number or tax ID.
As you navigate the Company’s Website, the Company may also collect information through the use of commonly used information gathering tools, such as Cookies and Web Beacons hereafter referred to as “Website Navigational Information”. For example, the Company may use information you provide to contact you to further discuss your interest in the Company’s Courseware and to send you information regarding the Company such as information about promotions, events and Courseware changes or additions. We use the information you provide us in the affiliate sign up section of the site for the purpose of creating your affiliate account, contacting you if necessary, notifying you of changes in our affiliate program, sending you our affiliate newsletter, mailing commission checks and for preparing required end of year Federal Tax documents.

The Company uses commonly used information gathering tools such as Cookies and Web Beacons to collect information as you navigate the company’s website. This section describes the types of website navigational information the Company may collect and how the Company may use this information.
Cookies
The Company uses Cookies to make interactions with the Company’s Website easy and meaningful. When you visit one of the Company’s Website, servers send a Cookie to your computer. Standing alone, cookies do not personally identify you. They merely recognize your Web Browser. If you have chosen to identify yourself to the Company, the Company uses session cookies containing encrypted information such as First and Last Names, Email Addresses, Company Names, Street addresses, Cities, States, Zip Codes, Countries, Phone Numbers, Encrypted Credit Card Numbers and Credit Card Expiration Dates to allow the Company to uniquely identify you. Each time you log into the Courseware, a session cookie containing an encrypted, unique identifier that is tied to your account is placed your browser. These Session Cookies allow the Company to uniquely identify you when you are logged into the Courseware and to process your online transactions, Courseware location and requests. Session cookies are required to use the Courseware.
The Company uses Persistent Cookies that only the Company can read and use to identify browsers that have previously visited the Company’s Website. When you purchase the Courseware or provide the Company with personal information such as First and Last Names, Email Addresses, Company Names, Street addresses, Cities, States, Zip Codes, Countries, Phone Numbers, Encrypted Credit Card Numbers and Credit Card Expiration Dates, a unique identifier is assigned you. This unique identifier is associated with a persistent cookie that the Company places on your Web Browser. The Company is especially careful about the security and confidentiality of the information stored in persistent cookies. For example, the Company does not store account numbers or passwords in persistent cookies. If you disable your Web Browser’s ability to accept Cookies, you will be able to navigate the Company’s Website, but you will not be able to successfully use the Courseware.
The Company uses independent contractor’s (Affiliate’s) as part of the Company’s marketing efforts. If you choose to purchase Courseware from the Company after being referred from one of the Company’s Affiliate’s website, the Company uses a Referral Cookie to identify which Affiliate referred you to the Company’s Website. The information collected is used to compensate the Affiliate for the referral.
The Company may use information from Session, Persistent and Referral Cookies in combination with data about the company’s customers such as First and Last Names, Email Addresses, Company Names, Street addresses, Cities, States, Zip Codes, Countries, Phone Numbers, Encrypted Credit Card Numbers and Credit Card Expiration Dates to make interactions with the Company’s Website easy and meaningful.
Web Beacons
The Company uses Web Beacons alone or in conjunction with Cookies to compile information about Customers and Visitors’ usage of the Company’s Website and interaction with emails from the Company. Web Beacons are clear electronic images that can recognize certain types of information on your computer, such as Cookies, when you viewed a particular website tied to the Web Beacon, and a description of a website tied to the Web Beacon. For example, the Company may place Web Beacons in marketing emails that notify the Company when you click on a link in the email that directs you to Company’s Website. The Company uses Web Beacons to operate and improve the Company’s Website and email communications. The Company may use information from Web Beacons in combination with data about the company’s customers to provide you with information about the Company and the Courseware.
Our third party advertising partner employs a software technology called clear gifs (a.k.a. Web Beacons/Web Bugs), that help us better manage content on our site by informing us what content is effective. We tie do not tie the information gathered by clear gifs to our customers’ personally identifiable information.
IP Addresses
When you visit the Company’s Website, the Company collects your Internet Protocol (“IP”) addresses to track and aggregate non-personally identifiable information. For example, the Company uses IP addresses to monitor the regions from which customers and visitors navigate the Company’s Website.
The Company also collects IP addresses from customer’s when they log into the courseware as part of the Company’s “Identity Confirmation” and “IP Range Restrictions” security features.
Third Party Cookies
From time-to-time, the Company may engage third parties to track and analyze non-personally identifiable usage and volume statistical information from individuals who visit the Company’s Website. The Company may also use other Third Party Cookies to track the performance of the Company’s advertisements. The information provided to third parties does not include personal information, but this information may be re-associated with personal information after the Company receives it. Our privacy policy does not cover the use of cookies set by third parties.
The Company is an independent contractor “Affiliate” of Safe2Drive.com which provides basic drivers education and traffic school Courseware products. The Company uses Referral Cookies that only Safe2Drive.com can read to identify browsers that have been referred to them from the Company’s Website or from an email you may receive from the Company. These Cookies contain no personal information and are used to identify that the Company as referring your browser to their website. If you choose to purchase products from Safe2Drive.com the Company is compensated for that referral.
This Privacy Statement does not cover the user’s personal information collected from Safe2Drive.com. The Company trusts Safe2Drive.com and recommends their products; the Company recommends you review their Privacy Policy before you purchase any products.
The Company has a Blog on the Company’s Website. Any personally identifiable information you choose to submit in the Company’s Blog may be read, collected, or used by others who visit the Company’s Blog, and may be used to send you unsolicited messages. The Company is not responsible for the personally identifiable information you choose to submit in the Company’s Blog.
The Company utilizes the AddThis widget on Company’s Website to allow Customers and Visitors to email pages on the Company’s Website to their friends. When using the widget, Customers and Visitors are asked for their email and their friend’s email addresses. The widget will automatically send the friend a one-time email with a link to the Company’s Website along with an optional note. The Company does not store this information.
The Company utilizes the AddThis widget on Company’s Website to allow Customers and Visitors to share Company’s Website with their friends on social networking sites. When Customers and Visitors choose to share our site with their friends, Customers and Visitors are directed to the third party site in which Customers and Visitors choose to share and able to post a link to the Company’s Website. The Company does not store this information.
The Company utilizes the AddThis widget on Company’s Website to allow Customers and Visitors to subscribe to the Company’s RSS feed. The Company does not store this information.
The Company posts a list of Customer Testimonials on the Company’s Website that contain information such as Customer names and titles. The Company obtains the consent of each Customer prior to posting testimonials along with their names and titles.
The Company may share data about the company’s customers with the Company’s agents such as our credit card processing company, courseware development partner and Learning management system provider so that these agents can contact Customers who have provided required contact information on our behalf. The Company may also share data about the Company’s customers with the Company’s agents to ensure the quality of information provided. The Company does not share, sell, rent, or trade data about the company’s customers with third parties for their promotional purposes.
The Company uses a third-party intermediary to manage credit card processing. This intermediary is not permitted to store, retain, or use billing information except for the sole purpose of credit card processing on the Company’s behalf.
The Company reserves the right to disclose personally identifiable information of the data about the company’s customers or Visitors if required by law or if the Company reasonably believes that disclosure is necessary to protect the Company’s rights and/or to comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process.
The Company offers Customers and Visitors who provide required contact information a means to choose how the Company uses the required contact information provided. The Company gives its Customers and Visitors the Option of receiving marketing and non-transactional communications. The Company uses Constant Contact® for all of the Company’s marketing, newsletters, and non-transactional communications. Each marketing, newsletter, and non-transactional communications email the Company sends has an “unsubscribe” link located on the bottom. Customers cannot opt out of receiving required transactional emails related to their account with the Company or the Courseware.
Customers may update or change their registration information by editing their user account profile. To update a user account profile, please login to with your Customer portal using your username and password. Once logged into your Customer portal, click “My Account” in the “Quick Links” menu.

The Company uses robust security measures to protect data about the company’s customers from unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and help ensure the appropriate use of data about the company’s customers. When the Service is accessed using Internet Explorer version 6.0 or later, Firefox version 2.0 or later, or Safari version 3.0 or later, Secure Socket Layer (“SSL”) technology protects Sensitive Customer Data (such as credit card number, social security number or tax ID) using both server authentication and data encryption. These technologies help ensure that data about the company’s customers is safe, secure, and only available to the customer to whom the information belongs and those to whom the customer has granted access to. The Company also implements an advanced security method based on dynamic data and encoded session identifications, and the Company hosts its Company’s Website in a secure server environment that uses firewalls and other advanced technology to prevent interference or access from outside intruders.
Because the Company uses the Courseware to maintain data about the company’s customers this information is secured in the same manner as described above
