Our Cancelation & Refund Policy

A refund of the registration fees for the courses will be made to you if you cancels your enrollment contract within thirty (30) days of purchase and prior to you or your teen starting the course.

To receive a cancellation refund you must contact Street Smarts 101® within thirty (30) days after purchase by telephone during normal business hours. Street Smarts 101® will not grant a refund under this policy for requests submitted by e-mail, fax or written correspondence. All refunds will be mailed within 30 days after the effective date of cancellation.
