Our Satisfaction Guarantee

Street Smarts 101 stands behind its courses 100%. We are confident that if you or your teen completes our courses you will be fully satisfied and benefit from improved driving habits. But if you truly believe that they did not benefit in any way from completing our programs, we will gladly refund your registration fees in full.

To qualify for a refund under our Satisfaction Guarantee:

1. Your teen must have completed their entire course as well as the end of course survey and certification.
2. You must have completed the Program Evaluation in your Parent Portal.
3. You must have met our Hardware and Software Requirements.
4. You must have met our Internet Connection Requirements.

To receive a refund you must contact Street Smarts Interactive, LLC within thirty (30) of completing your courses to request a refund. You must contact the Street Smarts Interactive via the telephone during normal business hours. Street Smarts Interactive, LLC will not grant a refund under this policy for requests submitted via e-mail, fax or written correspondence. All refunds will be mailed within 30 days after the effective date of the request.
